This past weekend Lawson was sick with strep. We didn't get out the house from Thursday till Sunday. So on Sunday we all had a little cabin fever. I thought it would be a great idea to go to Bass Pro during the Cowboy game so nobody would be there to see Santa. Apparently lots of people thought the same thing. It was a complete mad house. We got our fast pass and did the centers and the carousel and still had a hour in half till it was our turn to get in line to see Santa. So we left and went over to Grapevine Mills and feed the kids and did a little shopping. Then we finally returned back to Bass Pro for our turn to wait in line. Man, this is not a fun Christmas memory. Anyway we can now check off the list to see Santa.
On Tuesday was Lawson's Christmas Program at LHS. He didn't mess up any of the words to the song. Well, maybe that because he didn't sing at all. He just stood up there and did a few of the hand motions. The rest of the time he kept trying to see what thing they stuck on his head for the song. It was still cute and entertaining for the family. Then after the program Santa came out. Well, Brylie figure out a couple of years back that he was not the real one but instead Mr. Richard (AKA Santa's Helper) She was glad he has a connections so she could tell him what she left off when she saw the real Santa.

I take NO credit for those stars on their heads. They were courtesy of the sword fighting occurring while on stage with the star wands...so Steph decided to remove the stars and stick them on headbands instead. This was the first time they wore them...cute pictures though...the Santa ones on the stage turned out really cute!
So cute! I love how Lawson is always making a different face in every picture! :) We can't wait to see you guys for Christmas!
